Chinese Universities Without Application Fee: Every Year China Scholarship Council announces several Chinese Government Scholarship for students from across the world. Candidate has to apply online visiting the China Scholarship Council official website and Target University Homepage ( Each University has a different application deadline and some unique requirements for applicants).Many Chinese Universities ask to pay the application fee ( mostly it around from 400 RMB  to 1000 RMB)  which is nonrefundable to proceed candidate Scholarship application which students have to pay by Western Union, Online Banking or some other ways. 

Some Universities ask the candidate to pay a security fee ( which is refundable when you arrive at University ) after your final selection of scholarships.

Answer: Keep in mind before submission of your online application you need to pay it  and then you have to upload  slip of your deposit fee.
2.How can i  pay fee while i am not in China ?
Answer: It depend ,  First if you some friends in china belong to student or business catagery , you can ask him to deposit for you , secondly you can deposit banking system or western union . you can also write email to university international office can also suggest you better way to submit fee.
3.Is Application fee is Refundable ?

Answer: Not at al, Application fee is non refundable , however security fee which university ask you after final review of your application.
4. How Much Application fee for  Chinese Government Scholarship (csc)?
Answer: Mostly its range from 200 to 600 RMB, Candidate can check on university homepage  as every university have different range of fee.When university Announce scholarship there is fee option ( How much , How to submit , Bank account etc )
